1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Anima website (anima.team) and platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Anima provides a predictive research intelligence platform built on memory-first AI respondents calibrated against real panel data. Our platform includes multiple integrated products for qualitative research, quantitative surveys, predictive intelligence, and related services.
3. Access and Eligibility
Access to the Anima platform is by invitation and application only. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Acceptance into our onboarding programme does not guarantee continued access.
4. User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in your application
- Use the platform only for lawful research purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Not use the platform to generate misleading or fraudulent research data
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Anima platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and methodologies, are owned by Anima and protected by intellectual property laws. "Calibrated Intelligence" is a trademark of Anima.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your input data (panel data, survey designs, research briefs). Anima retains ownership of the platform, its AI models, and the calibration methodology. Output data generated by the platform is governed by your service agreement.
7. Client Isolation
Each client environment is isolated. Your data is not shared with other clients, and there is no risk of cross-contamination between client environments.
8. Limitation of Liability
Anima provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated research outputs. While our platform uses calibration against real panel data, AI-generated insights should be validated as part of your research methodology. Anima shall not be liable for decisions made based on platform outputs.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and your data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policies and any applicable service agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
